Gomag Integration
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Gomag integration connects MicroPIM to your Gomag store using the Gomag API. Products, stock, prices, and categories flow from MicroPIM to Gomag. This is the most popular integration for Romanian merchants.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”- An active Gomag store on any plan that includes API access
- Admin access to the Gomag back office
- An active MicroPIM account
What you’ll need
Section titled “What you’ll need”| Field | Where to find it |

| API URL | Your Gomag store URL, e.g. https://your-store.gomag.ro |
| API User | The API username from your Gomag account |
| API Secret | The API Key generated in the Gomag admin |
To find your API credentials:
- In Gomag admin, go to Settings → Integrations → API
- Enable API access if it isn’t already enabled
- Copy the API username and API key
If the API section isn’t visible, contact Gomag support to enable API access on your account.
Connect MicroPIM to Gomag
Section titled “Connect MicroPIM to Gomag”- In MicroPIM, go to Integrations → Add Integration
- Select Gomag from the platform list
- Paste your Gomag store URL into API URL
- Enter the API username into API User
- Paste the API key into API Secret
- Click Test Connection to verify
- Click Save to create the integration
What syncs

Field mapping
Section titled “Field mapping”Default mapping covers Gomag’s standard product fields. Map custom attributes (such as product specifications) from Integrations → Edit → Field Mapping.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”401 Unauthorized — the API username or key is wrong. Regenerate the key in Gomag and reconnect.
Cannot connect / 404 Not Found — check the API URL has no trailing slash and points to your Gomag store root.
Stock not updating — confirm the product exists in Gomag with a matching SKU; Gomag matches by SKU on update.
Romanian characters appearing incorrectly — MicroPIM sends UTF-8; verify your Gomag store’s character encoding is set to UTF-8.
Does the integration support Gomag’s marketplace features? Yes — product sync works for marketplace listings.
Can I connect multiple Gomag stores? Yes — add one Gomag integration per store.
How often does sync run? On-demand or on a schedule you configure under Automation.
Can I roll back a sync? Syncs are not reversible, but every change is recorded in the Audit Log.
