Import Products

The Import section is where product data enters MicroPIM. You can pull products from a single link, a category listing, an uploaded file, a supplier feed, or an entire website — and every run is tracked so you can monitor progress and fix errors.

MicroPIM imports product data only: products, variants, SKUs, prices, stock levels, categories, brands, images, attributes, and SEO fields.

Sidebar: Import URL: /admin/scrape-requests

MicroPIM offers five ways to bring product data in: a direct link, a bulk listing URL, a file upload, a supplier feed, or a full-website crawl. All URL-based methods open from a single Import dialog with one tab per method, and each requires you to confirm the supplier agreement before starting.

  • URL-based imports (Link, Bulk, Website, and the Feed tab) are queued as scrape requests and appear in the Import List at /admin/scrape-requests.
  • File imports are tracked separately in History Import, which records row counts, mapping, and downloadable error reports.
  • Uploaded source files live in the Files library.

The Import List shows every URL-based scrape request and its processing state.
