Export Templates
Overview
Section titled “Overview”Export Templates are reusable export profiles that control exactly which products and fields leave MicroPIM, in what layout, and in which format. Configure a template once, then run it on demand to generate a product file — or start from a ready-made preset for a marketplace or social platform.

What does an export template define?
Section titled “What does an export template define?”A template controls which product fields leave MicroPIM, how they’re filtered, and what format the file uses — configure it once and reuse it for every export run.
What a template defines
Section titled “What a template defines”- Field selection & mapping — choose which product fields to export and set the column header for each, including nested attribute, dimension, and SEO fields.
- Filters — limit the export by status, brand, category, whether products have images, price range, or date range.
- Image options — export a single image, all images, or none, with a per-product image cap and an option to include variants.
- Product-selection rules — pick products by rule (for example: all, cheapest vendor, specific suppliers, minimum stock, minimum margin, or a manual selection).
Output formats
Section titled “Output formats”- Generic exports are generated as CSV files.
- Platform templates produce the exact format each marketplace or social channel expects — for example, a Google Merchant Center feed. See Social & Marketplace Templates.
Platform presets
Section titled “Platform presets”MicroPIM ships ready-made templates for common platforms so you don’t have to build the mapping yourself:

| WooCommerce CSV Standard | E-commerce |
