Warehouses
Overview
Section titled “Overview”Warehouses represent your physical or logical stock locations. Configure multiple warehouses, set addresses and capacity, order them by fulfillment priority, and designate a default. Every inventory record and stock movement is tied to a warehouse.

What data a warehouse stores
Section titled “What data a warehouse stores”| Field | Description |

| Address | Address lines, city, state, postal code |
| Country code | Two-letter country code |
| Latitude / Longitude | Geographic coordinates for mapping |
| Contact name / email / phone | Location contact details |
| Capacity max | Maximum capacity (0 = unlimited) |
| Capacity current | Current utilization |
| Fulfillment priority | Allocation order (lower value = higher priority; default 999) |
| Is default | Whether this is the organization’s default warehouse |
| Is enabled | Whether the warehouse is active |
| Fulfillment enabled | Whether the warehouse participates in stock allocation |
| Operating hours | Optional schedule |
| Timezone | Warehouse timezone |
Capacity & geolocation
Section titled “Capacity & geolocation”- Capacity tracks the maximum and current load; MicroPIM can flag warehouses that are near capacity. A maximum of 0 means unlimited.
- Geolocation (latitude/longitude) supports mapping and distance-based fulfillment prioritization.
Default warehouse
Section titled “Default warehouse”Your organization has one default warehouse. When you enable Warehouse inventory mode, every existing product is initialized with an inventory record in the default warehouse.
