Brands

The Brands page is your brand directory. Each brand holds a name, logo, website, description, tags, and SEO metadata, and shows how many products are assigned to it. Brands can also carry integration data so they stay linked to the matching brand on connected platforms.

Sidebar: Brands URL: /admin/brand/list

To edit a specific brand, open /admin/brand/edit/{id} — for example /admin/brand/edit/9.

Every brand shows a product count — how many products are assigned to it. The count appears in the Products column of the brand list and again on the brand’s edit page, so you can see a brand’s catalog size at a glance and spot brands with no products.

A brand logo can be added in two ways:

  • Upload a file (JPEG, PNG, GIF, or WebP, up to 2 MB) — MicroPIM stores it on the CDN, with local storage as a fallback.
  • Pick from the media library — reuse an image you already have.

When a brand is pulled from a connected platform, its logo URL comes straight from that platform.

Each brand can store integration data — a per-platform map that links the MicroPIM brand to its counterpart on an external system. For a synced platform, MicroPIM keeps the platform’s brand ID and the last synced time, so pushes and pulls always target the right brand.

  • From connected platforms — when you sync or import products from an integration (such as Gomag, Shopify, Wix, or Merchant Pro), MicroPIM finds or creates a brand by name automatically and links it to the platform. Platforms that support it can also pull the full brand list.
  • Manually — add a brand yourself from the Brands page.
  • Add Brand — create a new brand
  • Edit — update a brand’s name, slug, description, website, logo, tags, and active state
  • Search — filter the brand list by name
  • Delete — remove a brand (only when it has no assigned products)
