Catalogue Reports
Overview
Section titled “Overview”Catalogue Reports give managers a quick, regular read on catalog progress: how many products exist, how many are published (live), how many are still draft or awaiting review, and how many were added in the reporting period. You can view the numbers live in the app and have a summary emailed to your team on a schedule.

What the report measures
Section titled “What the report measures”MicroPIM counts your products by their status, so a report shows where the catalog stands rather than a per-field completeness score.
| Metric | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Total | Active work in the catalog — draft + published + awaiting review (excludes inactive) |
| Published | Products that are live (status active) |
| Draft | Products still being prepared |
| Needs review | Products pending review before publication |
| Inactive | Products temporarily disabled or hidden |
| New this period | Products created within the reporting window |
| AI actions this period | AI-powered operations run in the period (shown when there are any) |
| Most active team member | The most active user in the period (shown for teams) |
Viewing the report
Section titled “Viewing the report”The Catalogue Reports page shows a live snapshot for a chosen window (7, 14, or 30 days) plus a chart of new vs. updated products per day. Each report that is sent is also saved as a numbered historical record you can reopen later.
Scheduling emailed reports
Section titled “Scheduling emailed reports”Set up a schedule and MicroPIM emails the report to your chosen recipients automatically.
- Open Catalogue Reports (
/admin/catalogue-reports). - Choose a frequency — daily, weekly, or monthly.
- For a weekly report pick the day of the week; for a monthly report pick the day of the month.
- Add one or more recipient email addresses.
- Make sure the schedule is active, and save.
MicroPIM works out the next run, sends the report at that time, and then rolls the schedule forward to the next occurrence.
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Frequency | Daily, weekly, or monthly |
| Day of week | Which day weekly reports go out |
| Day of month | Which day monthly reports go out |
| Recipient emails | Who receives the report (specific addresses you set — not automatically every user) |
| Active | Turn the scheduled report on or off |
What the email contains
Section titled “What the email contains”Each emailed report includes highlight tiles (Published, Needs Review, New this period), a full metrics table (Total, Published, Draft, Needs Review, New this period, Inactive), an optional note on AI-powered actions in the period, the most active team member, and a link to open the full report in MicroPIM.
